When wombs, schools, temples and even homes are not safe, why the shock about unsafe streets?"

The malaise is not 'lack of awareness' or 'lack of education'. The malaise is INACTION.
Think, people, think. And then, for heaven's sake, ACT.
Or else, ere long, we will turn ourselves into A Nation Without Women.
And that will be the greatest injustice that a country can inflict upon itself.
